This is a great salad to make for potlucks. It goes well with picnics or sit down dinners. A friend brought it to a potluck and every wanted the recipe.

Ingredients
  • 3 cans green beans
  • 1 can ripe olives
  • 1 can button mushrooms
  • 1 can artichokes ( quartered artichokes) or cut yourself
  • 2 packages good seasons Italian dressing mix (make according to directions)

Directions
  1. Follow directions for dressing mix ( I use red wine & olive oil)
  2. After draining all the canned ingredients, place in a large bowl. Pour the dressing over and allow to marinate overnight. (2 days is better)
