How to make it

  • Clean the ribs
  • Rub the Ground black pepper (save some for the sauce)
  • Rub the crushed garlic (save some for the sauce also)
  • Rub the dried rosemary as well
  • The Sauce
  • Combine kecthup, soy sauce (or worcester sauce)
  • Add garlic and ground pepper
  • Add the bay leaf
  • **Make sure you do not add too much soy sauce
  • I add more ketchup to it
  • Add in the ribs and let it sit for about 30 minutes (the longer the better)
  • Grill until desired doneness... =)
  • You can pour the excess sauce on top of the cooked barbecue also
  • Serve with mashed poratoes or rice
