Crab Spread Recipe

	Nazzb / All my dishes 1 year, 2 months ago This is a very simple spread served in many restaurants as a pre-starter-starter. It is usually made with crabsticks, but I prefer it with propper crab meat. Prep:5m Servings:4	Nazzb

Ingredients

250 grs crabmeat (or crabsticks)

1/2 cup mayonnaise (can be shop-bought)

2 tbsp breadcrumbs

2 tbsp whisky

Salt and pepper (or chilli flakes)

Directions

Put everithing in the food processor.

Blend until more or less homogeneous (it is nice to find some "identifiable" little pieces of crab)

Serve with small toast
