How to make it

  • Place each slice veal between wax paper and flatten with mallet
  • to about 1/4 inch.
  • Pour salt on both side, and place it in a dipper plate,.then pour the milk over it.
  • Let it sit for 15 minutes.
  • Put flour on a plate,beat the two eggs with a litlle salt.
  • Dip slices into flour,eggs,then bread crumbs.
  • heat oil in a frying pan very quickly fry cutlests on each side until
  • they become golden calor.
  • Serve with mash potato,and white bread.

    Looks like Schnitzel!!!! Yumm. My mama must have been the only one who just browned hers in the pan and finished them in the oven?
