How to make it
- Place each slice veal between wax paper and flatten with mallet
- to about 1/4 inch.
- Pour salt on both side, and place it in a dipper plate,.then pour the milk over it.
- Let it sit for 15 minutes.
- Put flour on a plate,beat the two eggs with a litlle salt.
- Dip slices into flour,eggs,then bread crumbs.
- heat oil in a frying pan very quickly fry cutlests on each side until
- they become golden calor.
- Serve with mash potato,and white bread.
