Oats Floating Balls

- oats - 1 cup shopping list
- milk - 1/2 ltr shopping list
- Grated coconut - 1 tbsp shopping list
- Dry ginger - a small piece (ground) shopping list
- cardamom - 2 shopping list
- jaggery - 1 cup shopping list
- salt - as required shopping list
How to make it
- Powder oats in a mixer.
- Add salt and water to the powdered oats. Make dough and make small balls.
- Boil milk and let it cool.
- Dissolve jaggery in water and filter to pure.
- Boil water in a large pan and drop the oat-balls in it. When the balls are cooked it starts floating.
- Filter it and keep the balls aside.
- Mix the jaggery solution with the filtered water. Also add cardamom, ground dry ginger and salt. Boil the mixture.
- After boiling, cool it and then add the milk.
- Put half a cup of the oat-balls and add the milk-mixture. Serve.
