How to make it

  • Cut thin slice from stem end of green peppers.
  • Remove all seeds and membranes then wash inside and outside.
  • Mix all ingredients and lightly stuff each pepper.
  • Wrap each pepper securely in double thickness heavy duty aluminum foil.
  • Cook on medium coals 20 minutes turning once.
