How to make it

  • Heat oven to 425 degrees.
  • Prepare pastry for 9” one crust pie as directed on package.
  • Beat eggs slightly with rotary beater then beat in remaining ingredients.
  • Pour into pastry lined pie pan then bake 15 minutes then reduce heat to 350 and bake 45 minutes.
  • Cool and serve with honey ginger cream.
  • For cream beat chilled whipping cream until stiff then gradually add honey and ginger.
  • Chill 2 hours before serving.
