Squash and Apple Baked Dated 1970

- 2 pounds butternut squash shopping list
- 1/2 cup brown sugar packed shopping list
- 1/4 cup butter melted shopping list
- 1 tablespoon flour shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon mace shopping list
- 2 baking apples cored and cut into 1/2” slices shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 350.
- Cut each squash in half then remove seeds and fibers and pare squash.
- Cut into 1/2” slices.
- Stir together remaining ingredients except apple slices then arrange in ungreased baking dish.
- Top with apple slices then sprinkle sugar mixture on top and cover with foil.
- Bake 50 minutes.
