Bean Salad

I found this recipe in an old cooking book, and made it once as a side dish for a BBQ dinner and it has been a hit ever since. I hope it's a hit when you try it.
Ingredients
- 1 can of red kidney beans shopping list
- 1 can of corn shopping list
- 1/2 of green pepper chopped up into small pieces shopping list
- 1 jalapeño pepper (optional) cut up into small pieces shopping list
- **DRESSING** shopping list
- 1/4 cup of vegetable oil shopping list
- 2 tbsp of soya sauce shopping list
- salt shopping list
- pepper shopping list
- 1 garlic clove chopped up small shopping list
How to make it
- Drain and wash both kidney beans and corn and place in a bowl
- add the green pepper and jalapeño and set aside
- in a small bowl mix all the ingredients for the dressing and Wisk
- add to beans and corn
- And mix well
