Santol A La San Mateo

- 4-6 pcs big ripe santol (preferably BANGKOK) shopping list
- 4 cups drinking water shopping list
- sugar to taste shopping list
- juice of 2 pcs calamansi shopping list
How to make it
- Peel the santol fruit a bit thicker that usual
- slice the pulp like latutides and longtitudes (hehehe can't think of a better term for that)
- place the pulp including the seeds in a pitcher, set aside
- dissolve sugar in water and add calamansi juice
- pour water mixture over the fruit
- cover and chill for two hours and serve cold
