How to make it

  • Peel the santol fruit a bit thicker that usual
  • slice the pulp like latutides and longtitudes (hehehe can't think of a better term for that)
  • place the pulp including the seeds in a pitcher, set aside
  • dissolve sugar in water and add calamansi juice
  • pour water mixture over the fruit
  • cover and chill for two hours and serve cold
