How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • Cook cream of Mushroom soup with two cans of water like normal, pour soup in 13 x 9 casserole dish.
  • Place chicken in soup, evenly spaced.
  • Sprinkle rice evenly around chicken, avoid pouring on chicken.
  • Sprinkle Lawry's season salt across dish, so you have a light red covering all over.
  • Cover tightly with foil and bake for 1 hour.
  • Fluff rice with fork when done, serve.

    This was super easy and a HIT! We prefer dark meat, so we used almost 2 lb. of boneless, skinless thighs, added a wee bit more water and rice to make a larger serving size. KUDOS to your Papa!
