How to make it

  • Prepping the pasta:
  • a) In a pasta pan put enough water to boil the spaghetti. Add a little salt and vegetable oil.
  • b) Once the pan is boiling add the spaghetti and cook al dente, usually for 8 to 10mins. Stirring occasionally.
  • c) Drain. Leave in the pasta pan.
  • 1. In a separate pan, heat and put olive oil.
  • 2. Add garlic. Cook until lightly brown.
  • 3. Add carrots. Cook for 5 minutes or so.
  • 4. Add corn kernels.
  • 5. Then add the spaghetti sauce and tomato sauce.
  • 6. Stir for a couple of minutes.
  • 7. Add the cheese whiz. Mix well until cheez whiz is no longer visible.
  • 8. Put the vegetable spaghetti sauce in the pasta pan containing the spaghetti.
  • 9. Cook in low heat. Mix well.
  • 10. Serve. Top with grated cheese.
