Vegetable Spaghetti is a healthy way of having your child eat good (re vegetables) without them noticing it. You can even add some cauliflower and other vegetables if you wish to.

Ingredients
  • spaghetti
  • 250g sweet style spaghetti sauce
  • small hunt's tomato sauce (8oz)
  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • 1/2 cup carrots (diced)
  • 1/2 cup cheez whiz (you can add more as desired)
  • olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • grated cheddar cheese

Directions
  1. Prepping the pasta:
  2. a) In a pasta pan put enough water to boil the spaghetti. Add a little salt and vegetable oil.
  3. b) Once the pan is boiling add the spaghetti and cook al dente, usually for 8 to 10mins. Stirring occasionally.
  4. c) Drain. Leave in the pasta pan.
  5. 1. In a separate pan, heat and put olive oil.
  6. 2. Add garlic. Cook until lightly brown.
  7. 3. Add carrots. Cook for 5 minutes or so.
  8. 4. Add corn kernels.
  9. 5. Then add the spaghetti sauce and tomato sauce.
  10. 6. Stir for a couple of minutes.
  11. 7. Add the cheese whiz. Mix well until cheez whiz is no longer visible.
  12. 8. Put the vegetable spaghetti sauce in the pasta pan containing the spaghetti.
  13. 9. Cook in low heat. Mix well.
  14. 10. Serve. Top with grated cheese.
