Ingredients
  • 3 cups fresh basil leaves
  • 1 1/2 cups pine nuts
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • * 6-1/4 egg yolk
  • * 2 tablespoons and 1/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • * 8 cups cups extra-virgin olive oil
  • * 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • * lemon juice to taste
  • * salt and pepper to taste

Directions
  1. blend all ingredients together except oil in food processor
  2. slowly add oil until blended
