Mung Beans Soup

- 1/3 cup monggo beans shopping list
- onion (chopped) shopping list
- garlic (minced) shopping list
- 1 roma tomato (diced) shopping list
- beef or pork (chopped into bite sizes) shopping list
- vegetable oil shopping list
- 1 beef cube shopping list
- salt shopping list
- ground pepper shopping list
How to make it
- In a pot put water and mung beans and boil until tender. Add water if necessary. Set aside.
- In a bowl dissolve the beef cube with 1-2 cups of hot water.
- In a different pot heat vegetable oil and put garlic and onion.
- Add tomato once garlic is lightly brown and onion is transparent.
- Once tomato is cooked, add meat. Season with a little salt and pepper.
- When meat is golden brown add the mung beans.
- Add beef stock. You can also add more water if you want. Simmer.
- Season with salt and pepper if necessary.
- Serve with rice. (^_^)
