Brownie Pecan Pie

- 2/3 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/8 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 cup light corn syrup shopping list
- 4 oz sweet cooking chocolate shopping list
- 3 tbsp butter shopping list
- 3 eggs beaten shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 1 cup pecans shopping list
- 1 unbaked pie shell shopping list
How to make it
- Combine sugar, salt and syrup in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, two minutes stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate and butter and stir until melted and smooth and cool. Gradually beat chocolate mixture into the beaten eggs, stirring constantly. Mix well, add vanilla and pecans. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Cool and serve with ice cream.
