- 10-15 medium red potatoes shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
- Parmesean cheese shopping list
- herbs and spices of your choice shopping list
- **I like Mrs. Dash, garlic, and Parsley** shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350
- Wash and quarter potatoes
- **for faster cook time, use an onion chopper and dice potatoes into smaller pieces**
- Coat in Olive oil
- Sprinkle with cheese, herbs, and spices
- Shake to coat
- Pour into baking dish
- Cover with tin foil for first 30 minutes
- Remove cover and roast an additional 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender
