Creamy Spinach by the Chip

- 2 bags frozen spinach: thawed, rinsed, and drained shopping list
- 2 (8oz) blocks cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1 large onion, finely diced shopping list
- 1 jar parmesean romano cheese shopping list
- 1 bag shredded cheese (any you like) shopping list
- splash of milk shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350
- Chop spinach fine (if not already)
- Add onion
- Stir in cream cheese
- Stir in parmesean romano cheese
- Add milk to make creamy (as much as you like)
- Pour into 13x9 baking dish
- Bake about 25 minutes
- Remove and cover with shredded cheese
- Bake remaining 20 minutes until cheese is melted and filling is bubbly
- Serve with tortilla chips, bread cubes, or fresh veggies!!
