How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 425.
  • Press one roll of cookie dough into a greased 9 x 13 baking dish.
  • Spread pie filling over cookie dough.
  • Break off pieces of remaing roll of dough and scater over filling. You will use about 1./2 a roll for this.
  • Sprinkle with sugar
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden.
  • Note: I usually buy 3 rolls of dough and make a double batch.
