How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • With an electric blender cream together cream cheese, pumpkin, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon until well blended
  • Add eggs and mix until well blended
  • Pour into crust
  • Bake 40 minutes or until almost set
  • Allow to cool at room temperature
  • Then cover and put in fridge at least 3 hours, but overnight is best
  • **Serve with whip cream and chocolate dipped pecans**
  • ***To avoid cracking: while the oven is preheating place a 13x9 baking dish full of water on bottom rack of oven. Leave it in until pie is done***
