Carrots

cauliflower

onions

beets

sprouts

edaname beans

brocali

red leaf lettuce

spinach

seeds and nuts

garlic powder

ranch dressing low fat

fresh basil and parsley

squeeze of fresh lemon

fresh basil and parsley top this salad

Directions

Line bottom of plate with red leaf lettuce and spinach

then add carrots, cauliflower, onions, beets,

fresh sprouts

edaname beans and brocali

top with some seeds and nuts of your choice

Try some ranch dressing such as follow your heart available in markets for a truly healthy salad one. Add fresh basil and parsley and a touch of garlic

powder. squeeze of fresh lemon
