Yogurt Dip Recipe
This can be used for garnishing hot veggies, as a dip for cold veggies (especially blanched asparagus), a topping for baked potatoes, a sauce for salmon or a sandwhich spread.

Ingredients
  • 1 large container low fat PLAIN yogurt
  • 1/3 cup light mayonnaise (or Hellman's canola mayonnaise)
  • 1/3 cup Dijon mustard
  • Chopped fresh chives (or chopped fresh dill for the salmon)
  • Sal and pepper to taste

Directions
  1. Mix everything together and serve.
