- 1 3/4 cups polenta (cornmeal) shopping list
- 2/3 cup plain flour shopping list
- 3 tsp baking soda shopping list
- 2/3 Tbsp sugar shopping list
- 1-2 tsp chilli powder shopping list
- 1 2/3 cup buttermilk shopping list
- 1 egg, beaten shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 180 C, line a 19cm square cake tin
- Combine dry ingridients in a bowl, make a well in the centre, add the wets.
- Bake 40 minutes. Stand 5 minutes in pan, then cool on rack.
