60 Second Lemon Chiffon Pie Recipe
As much as I love to bake - there are times that I need to make something FAST! this is so simple - and I do prefer to use my own fresh baked pie crust. the choice is yours.

Ingredients
  • 60 Second Lemon Chiffon Pie
  • 2 8 ounce containers lemon chiffon yogurt
  • 8 ounce container whipped topping
  • 1 prepared graham cracker pie crust (I prefer homemade and bake and cooled)
  • grated lemon peel for garnish
  • Fold together yogurt and whipped topping in a large bowl. Spoon into
  • crust. Sprinkle with peel and freeze until set. Remove pie from freezer 15 to 20 minutes before serving. Cut into wedges and serve.
