Grilled Shrimp with Thai Fish Sauce

- 2 pounds large shrimp shopping list
- 1 tablespoon sugar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon minced chili shopping list
- 3 tablespoons lime juice shopping list
- 3 tablespoons Thai fish sauce shopping list
- salt shopping list
How to make it
- Start a charcoal or gas grill.
- Heat should be medium hot and the rack no more than 4 inches from the heat source.
- Peel and devein shrimp.
- Combine sugar, chili, lime juice and fish sauce.
- Lightly salt shrimp then grill 2 minutes per side.
- Place shrimp on platter and drizzle with fish sauce.
- Serve immediately.
