How to make it

  • Before frying fish sprinkle salt in every side of the fish
  • Fry fish till its cook, if its cooked set aside
  • mix vinegar, water and flour together
  • in a pan put a little veg oil, saute onion, garlie, and tomatoes for 3 min
  • after add in the mixture of vinegar with water and flour
  • add in sugar and carrots
  • let it cook for 15 min
  • pour fish
  • then serve
