Chocolate Walnut Cups

- 1 cup butter softened shopping list
- 2 cups sifted powdered sugar shopping list
- 3 eggs separated shopping list
- 3 ounces unsweetened chocolate melted shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract shopping list
- 1/2 cup walnuts chopped shopping list
- 3 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs shopping list
How to make it
- Cream butter then gradually add powdered sugar and beat well.
- Add egg yolks and chocolate then beat until smooth.
- Stir in vanilla and walnuts.
- Beat egg whites at room temperature until stiff peaks form then fold into chocolate mixture.
- Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon crumbs into each of 12 foil baking cups placed in muffin pans.
- Spoon in chocolate mixture then lightly sprinkle remaining crumbs on top.
- Freeze until firm.
