The is one of my son's favorite chicken dish so I named it after him.

Ingredients
  • 3 whole boneless, split chicken breast
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 Tablespoon Worchestershire sauce
  • 1/2 package of onion soup mix
  • Rice

Directions
  1. Mix vinegar, honey, oil, ketchup, Worchestershire sauce and dry soup mix together stirring well.
  2. Place chicken in 9x13 pan ( spray with Pam) pour mixture over chicken.
  3. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
  4. Prepare rice as directed.
  5. Serve over rice.
