The is one of my son's favorite chicken dish so I named it after him.
Ingredients
- 3 whole boneless, split chicken breast shopping list
- 1/4 cup vinegar shopping list
- 1/4 cup honey shopping list
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil shopping list
- 1/4 cup ketchup shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon Worchestershire sauce shopping list
- 1/2 package of onion soup mix shopping list
- rice shopping list
How to make it
- Mix vinegar, honey, oil, ketchup, Worchestershire sauce and dry soup mix together stirring well.
- Place chicken in 9x13 pan ( spray with Pam) pour mixture over chicken.
- Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
- Prepare rice as directed.
- Serve over rice.
