Yummy Shrimp Recipe
This is also low carb. I love Shrimp anyway it's cooked except fried!

Ingredients
  • 2 Pounds Raw Shrimp
  • 1 Pound Portobello Mushroom
  • -2 Slices bacon
  • 1 Clove Garlic- minced garlic
  • Optional Ingredients:
  • 1 lemon

Directions
  1. Fry Bacon in frying pan til crisp. Remove bacon
  2. Keep grease in frying pan.
  3. Saute minced garlic in bacon fat, add some olive oil if there isn't
  4. much bacon fat.
  5. Clean shrimp and de-vein
  6. Slice mushrooms in large pieces.
  7. Reheat bacon grease/olive oil and throw in cleaned shrimp with
  8. sauted garlic, cook for 4 minutes on each side- actually depends
  9. on the size of your shrimp
  10. When you turn the shrimp to cook the other side, toss in the sliced
  11. mushrooms to cook them a bit.
  12. Serve on plate with slices of lemon if desired.
  13. Serve with side salad of veggies.
