Ingredients
  • 1 box frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
  • ½ c Hellman’s mayonnaise
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c cheddar cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • ½ t Accent or to taste
  • ½ stick margarine
  • ½ t lemon juice or to taste
  • Ritz Cracker crumbs - topping

Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Let broccoli soften a little to break apart.
  3. Mix all other ingredients with broccoli.
  4. Grease a 9x13 inch casserole dish.
  5. Pour the mixture into the casserole dish.
  6. Sprinkle cracker crumbs on top.
  7. Bake casserole in the oven for 45-50 minutes or until lightly browned.
  8. NOTES:
  9. Can be made ahead (don't add cracker crumbs).
  10. Refrigerate, and bake later (after adding crumbs).
  11. You can use American Style Croutons instead of Ritz Crackers.
  12. Use two eggs and 2 cups of cheese with 2 boxes of broccoli.
