Thanks! The purple garlic tasted fantastic in this; The Balsamic complements the pear and ties it all together. Normally I would use red wine vinegar, but since onion and garlic can be pungent balsamic was perfect. This dish is an excellent for losing weight and promoting good cholesterol.
