- 1/2 Onion
- 1/2 Pear-very ripe
- Grape tomatoes (as many as you like)
- 1 Toe minced garlic (i used purple garlic)
- 1 TBS Olive oil
- 3 TBS Balsamic vinegar
- Course ground black pepper
- 2 TBS Crumbled feta cheese

Ingredients

6 oz. tuna shopping list
1/2 onion shopping list
1/2 pear-very ripe shopping list
grape tomatoes (as many as you like) shopping list
1 Toe minced garlic (i used purple garlic) shopping list
1 TBS olive oil shopping list
3 TBS balsamic vinegar shopping list
Course ground black pepper shopping list
2 TBS Crumbled feta cheese shopping list

How to make it

Chop onion very fine
Mince garlic
Slice tomatoes if you like
Cube the pear
Add all ingredients to tuna and toss

Thanks! The purple garlic tasted fantastic in this; The Balsamic complements the pear and ties it all together. Normally I would use red wine vinegar, but since onion and garlic can be pungent balsamic was perfect. This dish is an excellent for losing weight and promoting good cholesterol.
