This is my husband's favorite way to make pork chops. They are so juicy.

Ingredients
  • fresh cracked pepper
  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 c melted butter
  • 1 c dried breadcrumbs
  • 1 Tb chili powder
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 tsp cumin

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Season chops with black pepper
  3. Combine garlic with melted butter
  4. Combine breadcrumbs, chili powder, cayenne pepper, and cumin
  5. Dip pork in butter then in breadcrumbs
  6. Grease a baking dish
  7. Place pork in dish and bake uncovered for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes
