Grilled Brie Sandwich

- 4 oz Brie shopping list
- 4 slices Sourdough or artisan bread shopping list
- 1 small tomato shopping list
- Salt shopping list
- pepper shopping list
- 2 tbsps butter, softened shopping list
How to make it
- Place brie in freezer for 15 minutes to harden for slicing
- Slice small tomato thinly
- Slice 2 oz of brie per sandwich and place on bread
- Top with 2 slices of tomato
- Salt & pepper to taste, if desired
- Top with remaining slices of bread
- Butter the outsides of both sandwiches
- Fry in non-stick skillet until bread is browned and cheese melted
