Ingredients

How to make it

  • Place brie in freezer for 15 minutes to harden for slicing
  • Slice small tomato thinly
  • Slice 2 oz of brie per sandwich and place on bread
  • Top with 2 slices of tomato
  • Salt & pepper to taste, if desired
  • Top with remaining slices of bread
  • Butter the outsides of both sandwiches
  • Fry in non-stick skillet until bread is browned and cheese melted
