How to make it

  • Arrange 1/2 of the green onions on the bottom of the steaming bowl. Place 1/2 of the mushrooms and Napa cabbage sections on top.
  • Place the fish on top of the vegetables.
  • Sprinkle ginger, garlic, and red pepper over the fish.
  • Top with the remaining green onions, mushrooms, bean sprouts, and napa cabbage.
  • Drizzle with the soy sauce ad water.
  • Steam for 15-20 minutes or until the fish flakes easily.
  • Serve over cooked rice.
  • Enjoy!
