How to make it

  • Remove skin and bones from chicken and chop meat into bite size pieces.
  • Combine chicken,butter and broth in Medium or large pot and bring to a boil.
  • Add Okra and salsa, lower heat to Medium high and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Whisk flour into burgundy and stir into chicken mixture.
  • Cover and cook over low/medium heat 10 minutes.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve over hot rice.
