How to make it

  • Kebabs:
  • Combine mayonnaise, mustard, red wine vinegar, pepper and rosemary and marinate beef for 60 minutes (approximately)
  • Assemble all ingredient on kebabs and cook (either on bbq or hot heavy based frypan)
  • Use left over marinade to baste as you cook (told you it was easy)
  • Salad:
  • assemble ingredients in bowl
  • assemble dressing, add egg, you can either chop the egg very finely or use a food processer, add extra boiling water if dressing is too thick add a wee bit of boiling water.
  • Serve dressing on side for health conscious folk or toss through
  • voila, easy delicious meal, I made this last night and a TIP, PLACE THE MUSHROOMS NEXT TO THE MEAT ON THE KEBAB AND THEY SUCK UP THE JUICES. YUM!
