How to make it

  • Now before i get started on the directions,i'm gonna tell you that it's best to make this dish a couple of hours before dinner time, ok?good hope you like it....if you can make it.
  • ok first you gather all the dry ingredients(flour,yeast,sugar,salt)& mix'em all together in a big bowl.
  • then ya add the water(just enough 'till the dough forms)and mix it really well
  • ...ok you got 2 ways to knead it 1:you can use a machine(bread machine,food procesor, or a mixer for all i care,which will take 5 mins or so) 2: knead it by hand(i like it this way)if you do it this got to push the dough with the heel/palm of your hand, & pull it back with the fingers....which will take about 10 mins or untill the dough is soft and elastic (which means that when ya stretch the dough it slowly returns to its original form)
  • ok after that's over ya rub some olive oil on it, put it in a bowl,cover it with a plastic bag(for no air can get it),and let it rise for an hour(while its rising you can try our my sandwhich ^o^)
  • ok after an hour pass the dough should be trying bulge out of the bowl(or simply doubled it -self).now on this part you have to be AGRESSIVE cause now ya hafta beat the air out of the dough{by punching it >=)} afta the air bubbles are gone in terror, you can clean out a work station, sprinkle it with flour,& set the dough on it.(if its sticky put flour on the dough first)
  • pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees
  • (this gotta be the longest recipe i've made yet)now cut the dough into 3 peices.put the other 2 aside and begin to roll out the 1 ya have into the desired ,uhh,range or measurement or somethin like that, ya want it to be.
  • now yall should know what to do next...but for those who don't welll here ya go.
  • sprinkle some cornmeal on your pan & set the rolled-out-dough on it,pour & spread out the pizza/tomatoe sauce on it.
  • after you spread the desired amout of sauce...well add the cheese!(that means to sprinkle the desired amount of cheese on it)
  • then put it in the oven for 30 mins or untill cheese is slightly brown
  • once done cut it in half,then that in half then that in half...or into 8 slices for short.
  • do the same for the other 2 balls of dough ya left behind
  • hope ya like it....if you can handle it
