Ingredients

1-1/2 cups long grain rice

2-1/2 cups coconut milk

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 bay leaves

Directions

In heavy pan bring rice, milk, salt and bay leaves to boil.

Cover and simmer 20 minutes then remove from heat and let stand covered 10 minutes.

Right before serving fluff with a fork.
