How to make it

  • In heavy pan bring rice, milk, salt and bay leaves to boil.
  • Cover and simmer 20 minutes then remove from heat and let stand covered 10 minutes.
  • Right before serving fluff with a fork.

    Very nice! I usually see coconut rice recipes that use grated coconut, so I'm curious to see how this ones comes out using coconut milk. Fabulous, I'll bet!
