SPAGHETTI BAKE

- spaghetti BAKE shopping list
- 2 lbs. ground beef shopping list
- ½ medium onion, chopped shopping list
- 1 32 oz. jar spaghetti sauce (I can my own) shopping list
- 1 12 oz. pkg. spaghetti shopping list
- 4 tbsps. margarine shopping list
- 3½ tbsps. flour shopping list
- ½ tsp. salt shopping list
- 1½ cups evaporated milk shopping list
- 2/3 cup water shopping list
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella shopping list
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella (optional) shopping list
- Brown meat and onion. Drain. Add sauce. cook spaghetti, break in half. Rinse, drain. Combine sauce and spaghetti. In saucepan, combine margarine, flour, salt, milk and water. Cook until slightly thick. Add 1 cup cheese, 'til melt. Spread half spaghetti mixture in greased 9x13" pan. Add all cheese mixture. Top with rest of spaghetti. OPTIONAL: Top with additional cup of cheese. Bake at 350°, for 30 minutes. shopping list
