Baked Pineapple Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

1 lg. can chunk pineapple

3 T. pineapple juice

3 T. all-purpose flour

1/2 c. sugar

1 c. grated cheddar cheese

Topping:

Buttery type crackers, crushed enough to make 1 c.

1/4 c. melted butter or margarine

Directions

Combine casserole ingredients and pour into a well greased casserole dish.

Combine topping ingredients.

Sprinkle on top of casserole.

Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.

Recipe may be doubled.
