Baked Pineapple Casserole

A tasty side dish for poultry or pork! It's a favorite dish and easily doubled for get-togethers.
Ingredients
- 1 lg. can chunk pineapple shopping list
- 3 T. pineapple juice shopping list
- 3 T. all-purpose flour shopping list
- 1/2 c. sugar shopping list
- 1 c. grated cheddar cheese shopping list
- Topping: shopping list
- buttery type crackers, crushed enough to make 1 c. shopping list
- 1/4 c. melted butter or margarine shopping list
How to make it
- Combine casserole ingredients and pour into a well greased casserole dish.
- Combine topping ingredients.
- Sprinkle on top of casserole.
- Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
- Recipe may be doubled.

mmm... sounds awesome! i bet this would be good with some big chunks of onion mixed with the pineapple. i LOVE onion and pineapple together.
