Creamy Vegetable Casserole

- 2-16 oz. (1-lb) bags of Frozen California Blend vegetables (broccoli, carrots, cauliflower Blend) shopping list
- 1-26 oz. can cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 1- 6 oz. can of French fried onions shopping list
- Melted margarine shopping list
- 1- 8 0z. pkg of Shredded cheese (any variety) shopping list
- garlic powder shopping list
- pepper shopping list
- paprika shopping list
How to make it
- Cook vegetables according to instructions on package.
- Drain and put into buttered (melted) casserole dish.
- Add half package of shredded cheese and mushroom soup, half of the fried onions, a dash of pepper and garlic powder to desired taste and mix lightly.
- Sprinkle with remaining cheese and then top with remaining fried onions and dust with paprika lightly.
- Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 15 mins, then remove foil cover.
- Bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is golden brown and bubbly.
- Serve while hot with freshly baked bread.
