A delicious vegetable blend casserole, sure to please all at family gatherings. It is cheesy and creamy. Even children will love it! Great for potlucks a sure crowd-pleaser! :0)

Ingredients
  • 2-16 oz. (1-lb) bags of Frozen California Blend Vegetables (Broccoli, Carrots, Cauliflower Blend)
  • 1-26 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1- 6 oz. can of French fried onions
  • Melted Margarine
  • 1- 8 0z. pkg of Shredded Cheese (any variety)
  • Garlic powder
  • Pepper
  • Paprika

Directions
  1. Cook vegetables according to instructions on package.
  2. Drain and put into buttered (melted) casserole dish.
  3. Add half package of shredded cheese and mushroom soup, half of the fried onions, a dash of pepper and garlic powder to desired taste and mix lightly.
  4. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and then top with remaining fried onions and dust with paprika lightly.
  5. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 15 mins, then remove foil cover.
  6. Bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Serve while hot with freshly baked bread.
