This was something I made up for my husband, he absolutely loves these and I'm always making them!

Ingredients
  • 1 package of ground beef (I use ground sirloin)
  • 1 container blue cheese crumbles
  • 2 tbsp A-1 sauce
  • 1 clove garlic
  • French fried onions for topping
  • Freshly cracked pepper
  • Pinch of salt

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients except french fried onions
  2. Form into patties
  3. You can grill these, or bake them. Usually I just bake them in the oven for about 15 minutes.
  4. Top with french fried onions!
  5. I also put some MORE A-1 sauce ontop of mine and we both eat them bunless. But onion buns are very good with these.
  6. ENJOY!
