How to make it

  • Cook potatoes in salt to taste water,When done drain potatoes.
  • In a large bowl,mash potatoes.
  • When all lumps are removed,add butter,milk.
  • Beat well until light and fluffy.

    This is pretty much how we make it in our family too and once in a while we'll add extras like cheese, scallions, bacon, etc.
