How to make it

  • Preheat oven 400 F
  • Mix graham crackers and butter and press into bottom of 9-10" spring form pan
  • Sprinkle chocolate chips (whatever flavors you want) over crust
  • Bake for 10 min
  • Remove from oven lower baking temp to 350 F
  • Mix cream cheese and sugar until well blended
  • add eggs 1 at a time mixing after each addition
  • Add whipping cream and vanilla mix well
  • Fold in chocolate
  • Pour into pan
  • Bake 60 minutes or until cake has puffed and is set around edges and only jiggles in center a little bit
  • Remove from oven, maintain temp
  • mix sour cream, sugar vanilla
  • spread carefully on top of cake
  • return to oven and bake 10 minutes more.
  • turn off oven
  • remove cake, run knife around pan edge
  • return to oven and cool to room temp
  • refrigerate overnight
