Ingredients
  • 1-pkg skinless,boneless chicken breast(shred bite size pieces)
  • 1-cup chicken broth
  • 1-can cream mushroom soup
  • 1-can cream chicken soup
  • 1-can rotel(hot or if you prefer mild)
  • 1lb. velveeta cheese
  • 1-med. onion minced
  • 3/4 bag yellow gold torteas chips or plain doritos

Directions
  1. in sauce pan mix broth,soups,rotel,and velveeta together til melted consistancy.
  2. in baking dish,spray with cooking spray,layer doritos,chicken shreds and minced onion then pour half mixture from sauce pan then repeat again.
  3. Bake at 350, for 40-45 minutes
