Ingredients

3-5 cups turkey broth (from Turkey Breast Divine recipe)

**if there is not enough broth from the turkey, you can buy turkey stock or even use chicken broth**

3 boiled eggs

3 heaping tbsp flour

few splashes of water

salt and pepper

Directions

In a heavy pot, bring turkey broth to a boil

In a separate bowl, whisk together flour and water to make a thickening agent

Whisk flour/water mixture into broth

Repeat process until desired consistency

Slice boiled eggs into gravy

Salt and pepper to taste
