Chicken And Mushrooms Recipe

Ingredients

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

salt and pepper

3T Butter

1 1/2 Cups green onion

1 1/2 Cups mushrooms

3/4 can of chicken broth

2 - 10oz cans of cream of mushroom soup

Directions

In a large skillet, saute onion and mushrooms just until tender

Remove with a slotted spoon and set aside

In the same skillet, saute chicken breasts until no longer pink and juices run clear

In a separate bowl, combine soup and chicken broth until well blended

Add mushrooms and onion to soup mixture

When chicken is done, remove to a platter

Add soup to skillet and scrape bottom to remove any good bits stuck there

Return chicken to skillet and cook about ten minutes

Serve over white rice

Enjoy!
