How to make it

  • Wash the fish pieces and drain the water.
  • .Add garlic paste ,ginger paste , salt, lemon juice, chilli paste to fish piece. Mix so that pieces are coated well with the mixture.
  • Transfer the fish pcs along with the mixture to a cooker separator ( any container can also be used which can be accommodated in 5 lit sized pressure cooker)
  • Add mustard oil, tomato rings , onion rings and green chilli at the top and also the lemon peel shreds.
  • Place a grid on the pressure cooker and add water just to submerge the grid slightly.
  • Place the cooker in flame. After 3- 4 whistle when you get the aroma of fish getting steamed turn of the gas. Turn off the gas.
  • Serve hot garnishing with chopped coriander leaves
