How to make it

  • Add turmeric powder, salt, lemon juice in to chicken pieces and mix and leave for 30 mins
  • Heat oil in a pan and add the chicken pieces. Stir it properly for 3 mins
  • and add the chopped add the ginger and garlic chopped. Stir fry for 2 more mins.
  • Add tomato and capsicum and chilli and add adjust salt if needed. Stir again for a min.
  • When chicken is cooked add soy sauce and stir again and its ready to relish!
