Quiche Appetizer

Had this at a picnic and got the recipes, A different type of quiche but it was so good for anytime
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice shopping list
- 1 pound cooked crumbled Italian or turkey sausage shopping list
- 3/4 stick pepperoni (cubed into small pieces) shopping list
- 1 large mozzerella cheese (cubed small) shopping list
- 5-6 eggs beaten well shopping list
- 1 cup grated cheese shopping list
- 1/2 cup well drained roasted peppers cut into small pieces shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all above well and put into a greased 9 x 13 pan
- Bake 45-50 minutes or until golden brown
- Cut into squares and serve
