Sundried Tomato Butter Spread

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter (or margarine) shopping list
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped shopping list
- 1 or 2 garlic cloves, minced shopping list
- 6 sun dried tomatoes, rehydrated and chopped (or use the oil packed type, just drain and chop) shopping list
- salt and pepper, to taste (about 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper) shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients and enjoy. :) Store in a covered container in the fridge when not in use.
